My early work experience in the world of law start in 2006 when I start to Work as legal assistent to the Law office´s of Attorney Daniel Eliut Perez Contreras, where legal issues inherent to labor competition matters were dealt with as a corporate defendant, by that time I was studing Law in the School of Law of the Faculty of Juridical and Political Sciences of the prestigious Universidad Catolica del Tachira (UCAT) where I got my degree as Lawyer in 2009.

On 2009 I started my own company in partnership with Yonder Salas, Certified Public Accountant, and Karla Rodriguez, Attorney at Law, this legal office was named Legal Accounting Office Salas & Associates, where we dealt with interests in commercial matters such as incorporation of companies and registrations, civil matters, divorces, inheritances, executive evictions, and in labor matters, everything related to claiming economic benefits derived from the work relationship, and work compensation.

Since 2013 I started to work for the Public Administration as a trial attorney, whose function consisted in advising, assisting and representing in court, free of charge, people who wished to make a claim for benefits derived from the work relationship, to calculate social benefits, as well as work compensation, in cases of violation of labor regulations and occupational health and safety standards.

Subsequently, in 2016, I began working in the Judicial Branch as a lawyer rapporteur of the Superior Labor Court of the Judicial District of the State of Táchira Venezuela, whose function was to draft the judgments of the superior court based on law, doctrine and jurisprudence of the Superior Judge’s decision.

I went in Argentina in 2018, where I carried out studies for the calculation of salary liquidation, then been there I started working for the law firm of Attorney Cannova & Asociados, working as an attorney, drafting lawsuits and briefs submitted to the corresponding court, reviewing files in court, in this office we handled matters of civil matters, divorces, inheritance law, evictions, executive collections, commercial law, incorporation of companies and labor law claim for unpaid labor benefits during the term of the employment relationship, making calculation of salary liquidation for the lawsuits.

In 2019 I started postgraduate studies with a specialization in Family Law at the Law School of the National University of La Plata, Argentina.

I am currently working for this legal office where they handle matters such as criminal matter, work compensation, personal injury, Immigration, here I am a legal assistant and I feel very grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to work in this office, there is an excellent team composed of cordial, responsible, talented and intelligent people who make it possible to provide quality service to all its clientele.
