Erin Alissa O’Neill

Attorney Erin O'Neill heads our California office location. Erin is dedicated to keeping our clients informed and and involved throughout the duration of their immigration processes. She consistently goes above and beyond for our clients, so you can rest assured that she will pursue every available course of action to achieve an optimal outcome in your case. 

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Erin established a career in finance, which taught her to analytical, driven, and outspoken. Feeling unfulfilled, Erin left her successful career in finance to pursue an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She obtained a law degree at the Quinnipiac University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. 

During law school, Erin presided over the International Human Rights Law Society, where she was integrally involved in four trips to Nicaragua and Guatemala. In Nicaragua,  she present in three consecutive International Comparative Law Conferences at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua-Leon. 

After law school, Erin began working at the Law Offices of James A. Welcome, practicing immigration law, workers' compensation, and personal injury, where she has successfully advocated for countless clients. 

Erin's passion for helping others propel her to give her full attention and share her positive attitude with each client. Her commitment, dedication, and knowledge help to achieve fulfilling the needs of our clients.
